Navigating Complex Cases
COORDINARE is proud to support SCMF 2025, showcasing case-based discussions led by GPs with input from specialists. The forum will explore complex clinical scenarios, highlight practical management strategies, and promote multidisciplinary collaboration, including the use of HealthPathways.
